Thank you for your interest in commissioning a custom piece. If you have a reference photo, please upload it through the Custom Artwork Request Form or email it to inforedubart@gmail.com. Be sure to include the desired subject matter, dimensions, and any specific details you'd like incorporated into the artwork.

Due to limited commission availability, detailed requests are encouraged to help ensure your vision is fully understood. Each custom piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, personally signed by Renate, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Please note that all commissioned artwork is created through Renate's unique artistic interpretation and creative discretion. Because of the custom nature of each piece, all commission sales are final and non-refundable. Every commission is a one-of-a-kind creation, designed with intention, authenticity, and heart.

Rush orders may be available on a limited basis and are subject to an additional fee.

All custom commissions require full payment at the time of booking to secure your project. Shipping and handling costs will be invoiced separately and must be paid prior to shipment.

Rush Orders & Expedited Shipping

To maintain the quality and craftsmanship of every custom creation, rush orders are accepted on a limited basis and are subject to an additional fee. Expedited shipping options, including next-day air service, are available upon request and will incur additional shipping and handling charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each artwork is custom-made and created specifically for the client, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations once paid are not accepted. To ensure confidence in your purchase, progress photos and videos may be provided during the creation process upon request. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

Shipping costs are not included in the listed price of the artwork and will be calculated upon completion of your piece. Shipping rates vary based on the size of the artwork, packaging requirements, destination, and delivery method selected. International shipping is available; however, clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or related clearance requirements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. I encourage you to monitor your shipment throughout transit to help ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

Production & Shipping Timeline

All artwork is created to order and crafted with care. Please allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks for production and delivery. Processing and shipping times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high demand.

For special shipping arrangements or delivery requests, please contact inforedubart@gmail.com, and I will be happy to assist you. Local pickup is also available in Greensboro, North Carolina by appointment.

Damaged Shipments

Every effort is made to package artwork securely for transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify Renate via email within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping materials. Prompt notification will allow the issue to be reviewed and addressed as quickly as possible.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully verify your shipping information before submitting your order. Renate is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, refunds cannot be issued for orders affected by inaccurate shipping information.

Certain products may be available for pre-order. A pre-order reservation allows you to purchase an item before it becomes available for shipment. These items are produced in advance of release or created in limited quantities and will be shipped as soon as production is complete and inventory is available.

Estimated production and shipping timeframes will be listed on the product page at the time of purchase. While every effort is made to meet these estimates, production schedules may be subject to change.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Production and fulfillment timelines are estimates and may vary.
• Your order will be shipped once the item has been completed and is ready for release.
• Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock merchandise may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

You can provide apparel or shoes by shipping them to me, arranging an in-person drop-off in Greensboro, NC, or placing an online order from a retailer for local pickup in Greensboro, NC. Pricing varies depending on the size, details, and coverage area. Every project is unique, so quotes are provided on a case-by-case basis.
